1. How long does production and delivery take?

Production takes approximately 2 days, depending on the case complexity.
Delivery is completed within 3 to 5 days via DHL or 5 to 10 days via UPS.

Our dental prosthetics are manufactured in high-quality partner laboratories in China (Shenzhen & Foshan).

We also offer local adjustment support in Belgium if needed.

Yes. If necessary, prosthetics can be:

  • Adjusted
  • Remade (case-by-case)

Additionally, we can arrange local adjustments in a partner laboratory in Belgium, especially for cases based on intraoral scans.

Yes. All our prosthetics are fully custom-made based on your specifications and patient data.

We accept:

  • Bank transfer (Hong Kong OCBC & Europe Wise)
  • Visa / MasterCard (Stripe)
  • Cryptocurrency (Binance Pro, including USDT)
  • For DHL and UPS shipments, the client is responsible for customs clearance and import duties
  • For sea freight (DDP), customs clearance and duties are handled by our logistics partner

  • Sea freight (55–60 days, DDP available)

Shipping method depends on the weight and size of the order.

  • DHL: up to 25 KG
  • UPS: over 25 KG
  • Shipments over 40 KG may incur additional fees

Custom dental prosthetics are non-refundable once production starts.
