2. Shipping Methods & Weight Conditions

DHL Express

  • Used for parcels up to 25 KG
  • Door-to-door delivery

👉 Important:
Customs clearance and import duties are the responsibility of the client.

UPS Shipping

  • Used for parcels over 25 KG
  • Door-to-door delivery

👉 Important:

  • Shipments over 40 KG may be subject to additional charges
  • Customs clearance and import duties are the responsibility of the client

Estimated delivery time:
👉 5 to 10 days

Sea Freight (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

  • Used for shipments over 50 KG
  • Ideal for bulk orders and heavy equipment

👉 Includes:

  • Door-to-door delivery
  • Customs clearance handled by our logistics partner
  • Import duties included

Estimated delivery time:
👉 55 to 60 days

3. Production & Processing Time

  • Dental prosthetics: 2 days production (depending on case complexity)
  • Equipment: processing time may vary depending on availability

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on:

  • Weight and dimensions
  • Destination
  • Shipping method

👉 Final shipping costs are confirmed during quotation.

5. Customs & Import Duties

  • For DHL and UPS shipments, the client is responsible for customs clearance and any applicable import taxes or duties
  • For sea freight (DDP), customs clearance and duties are handled by our transport partner

6. Returns Policy
