1. Overview
At Elite Lab Dental, we are committed to providing high-quality dental prosthetics and equipment to clinics and laboratories worldwide.
Due to the nature of our business, refund and adjustment policies vary depending on the type of product ordered.
2. Custom Dental Prosthetics
All custom-made dental prosthetics (including crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, aligners, etc.) are manufactured based on client-provided data such as scans, STL files, or impressions.
For this reason:
- Custom products are non-refundable once production has started
- Orders cannot be canceled after manufacturing begins
3. Adjustments & Remakes (Important)
We understand that adjustments may be necessary.
If needed, dental prosthetics can be:
- Adjusted or refined
- Remade if required (case-by-case)
👉 In addition, we offer the possibility of local adjustments in a partner laboratory in Belgium, especially when:
- Minor fitting corrections are needed
- The case was based on intraoral scans provided by the client
👉 Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours after delivery
- Supporting evidence must be provided (photos, videos, or files)
- The product must not have been significantly modified by a third party
Our goal is to ensure that every product meets professional standards and clinical requirements.
4. Dental Equipment (Machines)
For dental equipment and machines, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in original packaging
- A return request is made within 7 days of delivery
👉 Important:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- A restocking fee may apply
- Custom-configured equipment may not be refundable
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before production starts
- Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible
6. Shipping Issues
If your order is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Lost in transit
Please contact us within 48 hours with supporting evidence.
We will work with the shipping provider and may offer:
- Replacement
- Partial or full refund (case-by-case basis)
7. Payment & Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method:
- Bank transfer (Hong Kong or Europe)
- Visa / MasterCard
- Cryptocurrency

- Transaction fees may be deducted
- Crypto refunds are based on the value at the time of refund
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client (e.g., inaccurate scans, wrong STL files)
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Minor variations within acceptable dental manufacturing tolerances
- Change of mind after production has started
